Controller

Evolushift Technologies S.R.O., registered in the Czech Republic, is the data controller for information submitted via this website. Contact: Jason@evolushift.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, company, work email, role, optional phone number, the CRM/TMS you use and the message you write. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

Purpose and lawful basis

We process this data to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to scope a diagnostic call or pilot programme. The lawful basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the consent checkbox, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Recipients

Form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox via a transactional email provider acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights email Jason@evolushift.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your local supervisory authority.
