What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, company, work email, role, optional phone number, the CRM/TMS you use and the message you write. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — see 'Cookies & analytics' below.
Purpose and lawful basis
We process enquiry data to respond to your request and, where relevant, to scope a diagnostic call or pilot programme. The lawful basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the consent checkbox, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics cookies are set only with your separate, freely-given consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies to function, and, only if you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate visitor behaviour such as which pages are viewed and how long visits last. IP addresses are anonymised before analytics processing. Analytics cookies (including _ga and _ga_*) are set by Google and typically expire after 13 months. You can accept or decline analytics cookies the first time you visit, and change your choice at any time using the 'Cookie Settings' link in the footer. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.
Application hosting
The Evolushift application platform at app.evolushift.com is currently hosted on a Hetzner server in Nuremberg, Germany. Website enquiry data and analytics may also be processed by the third-party providers described below, depending on the services you use and your consent choices.
Recipients
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox via a transactional email provider acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. If you accept analytics cookies, aggregated usage data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (and, for underlying infrastructure, Google LLC) as an independent processor under Google's data processing terms, which include appropriate safeguards for any transfer of data outside the EU/UK. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner. Analytics data collected via Google Analytics is retained according to this property's configured retention period (14 months by default), after which it is automatically deleted by Google.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time — including analytics consent, via the 'Cookie Settings' link in the footer. To exercise these rights email Jason@evolushift.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your local supervisory authority.
