Founder's Note
My career has been shaped by a single discipline: bringing clarity to high-stakes, high-complexity environments. Before entering global mobility, I served as a police officer with the Metropolitan Police Service in London and the Cambridgeshire Police Service. That experience built in me an analytical framework that I have carried into every role since: the ability to identify what matters, act without delay, and maintain rigour when the pressure is highest.
During eight years at Voerman International, one of the world's leading global mobility and international moving providers, I served as both an Account Manager and a Team Lead managing complex, multi-country relocation programmes for corporate clients. I lived the realities of the industry from the inside: the 40% of the working day consumed by data re-entry, the fragmented communication chains that delayed case openings, and the tangible consequences of administrative error in an environment where a delayed visa or an incorrectly filed address can derail an employee's entire relocation.
I founded Evolushift to address a gap that no software vendor had filled. Not because the technology did not exist, but because no one had applied it with the precision and operational literacy that global mobility specifically requires. I do not sell automation tools. I design the operational infrastructure that I wished I had had as a consultant managing 200-move portfolios.
The Evolushift engine is built on three principles drawn directly from my combined background in law enforcement and international logistics: data must be clean before it enters any system; every automated action must have a human verification checkpoint; and every integration must leave the client's existing security and compliance posture intact.
