I've spent my career working in environments where details matter and things need to happen properly. Before global mobility, I worked in policing, where clear information, sound judgement and staying calm under pressure weren't optional. Those lessons have stayed with me.

I then spent eight years at Voerman International as an Account Manager and Team Lead, managing complex, multi-country relocation programmes for corporate clients. That's where I saw the everyday reality of mobility operations up close: information arriving in different formats, the same details being entered into multiple systems, long email chains and talented consultants spending too much of their day on administration.
Evolushift came from a simple question: what if we took the repetitive work out of the process without taking people out of it? The technology to do that is here. The challenge is applying it in a way that actually fits how mobility teams work — their systems, their controls and their relationships with clients and assignees.
